Justin has 20 years of experience across different industries: Benefits Administration, Telecom, Financial Services and Consumer Products. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree from Stevens Institute of Technology. Justin left "Corporate America" in 2015 to join the family businesses in Group Benefits (Lubenow Agency) and Medicare (Senior Advisors, LLC). Justin has been very active in educating Medicare beneficiaries (100k+ views of YouTube Educational videos, over 200 Medicare Workshops & Webinars), and lobbying to protect benefits for Medicare beneficiaries.

Bob Riley

After graduating from the University of Delaware in 1994, Bob joined the Westfield Police Department. Twenty-Five years later (thank you for your service Bob!), Bob retired from the Police Department began his next career with Senior Advisors in 2018. Roderick joined Senior Advisors in 2020 after several years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, working for Hilton. The Hospitality Industry was impacted quite severely in 2020 due to COVID, and Roderick decided to try a new career path with Senior Advisors. We are very excited to have Roderick on the team.
