Randi has been an integral part of the team since she joined. Each year, Randi handles thousands of Part D reviews for our clients. Melissa has been working for Doug since 2001 and for Senior Advisors since it opened in 2010. She is a licensed agent in NJ & PA. Melissa is also active with the Association of Health Underwriters, she has been a member since 2003 and was been a board member from 2005 through 2010. She served as the Communications Chair and Treasurer.

Michelle has ~20 years of experience in customer service and problem solving. Michelle is currently licensed in NJ. Her primary responsibilities are administering, servicing and customer relations. Her main objective is to coordinate, assist and facilitate with enrollment, billing and claims issues for the client which entails acting as a liaison between the insurance carrier and the Medical and Dental providers.
