After many successful years as a Realtor for re/Max of Cherry Hill, Randi joined Senior Advisors to help with the growing volume of Part D Plan Reviews. Randi has been an integral part of the team since she joined. Each year, Randi handles thousands of Part D reviews for our clients. We would not be able to get through the Annual Election Period each year, if not for Randi's help! Randi is also licensed in most states.

Justin has 20 years of experience across different industries: Benefits Administration, Telecom, Financial Services and Consumer Products. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree from Stevens Institute of Technology. Justin left "Corporate America" in 2015 to join the family businesses in Group Benefits (Lubenow Agency) and Medicare (Senior Advisors, LLC). Justin has been very active in educating Medicare beneficiaries (100k+ views of YouTube Educational videos, over 200 Medicare Workshops & Webinars), and lobbying to protect benefits for Medicare beneficiaries.
Adam Lubenow

Prior to joining the family business, Adam spent his career with Verizon Business, Cisco Systems, Salesforce, and Microsoft. Adam takes pride in explaining complex solutions in a simple manner, which translates well with regard to helping people with Medicare. Adam finds it very fulfilling to help people understand Medicare and all of their coverage options, while ensuring that they have the best pricing available for their coverage.
Allison Lubenow

Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Arizona and a Master of Education degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. After helping her father determine the best health coverage to meet his needs, Allison became aware of how challenging it can be to navigate health insurance options. She realized that she had a passion for simplifying the complexity, and genuinely helping Seniors ensure that they have the best health coverage for their individual needs.
Melissa Fox
Director of Operations
Melissa has been working for Doug since 2001 and for Senior Advisors since it opened in 2009. She is a licensed agent in NJ & PA. Melissa is also active with the Association of Health Underwriters, she has been a member since 2003 and was been a board member from 2005 through 2010. She served as the Communications Chair and Treasurer.
Michelle Barletta
Client Service Manager
Michelle has ~20 years of experience in customer service and problem solving. Michelle is currently licensed in NJ. Her primary responsibilities are administering, servicing and customer relations. Her main objective is to coordinate, assist and facilitate with enrollment, billing and claims issues for the client which entails acting as a liaison between the insurance carrier and the Medical and Dental providers.
Bob Riley

After graduating from the University of Delaware in 1994, Bob joined the Westfield Police Department. Twenty-Five years later (thank you for your service Bob!), Bob retired from the Police Department began his next career with Senior Advisors in 2018. Bob is doing a great job and he has received numerous 5-star reviews from his Medicare clients. We are thrilled to have Bob on our team and help all of you with your Medicare Planning Needs!

Roderick joined Senior Advisors in 2020 after several years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, working for Hilton. The Hospitality Industry was impacted quite severely in 2020 due to COVID, and Roderick decided to try a new career path with Senior Advisors. We are very excited to have Roderick on the team. After graduating from Stockton University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Nick worked at Freedom Mortgage as a Purchase Loan Advisor. Nick recently moved to North Jersey and found an opportunity to work at Senior Advisors as a Medicare agent.
